Sometimes a wheelchair just isn’t quite the right fit, and that’s perfectly okay. We want to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.
⏱️ The 14-Day Window
You have 14 calendar days from the day your wheelchair is delivered to let us know if you’d like to return it.

If a return is requested outside the 14-day window, a restocking fee of at least 20% may apply.
Please note: delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable regardless of the reason for return.
✨ Wheelchair Condition
We totally understand you need to test your new wheelchair to make sure it’s right for you, just keep test drives strictly indoors. Any outdoor use or anything that devalues the chair means we can’t offer a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund, the wheelchair must be returned in its original, pristine condition. If it shows signs of outdoor use, damage, or wear and tear, a restocking fee of at least 20% will be deducted.
💬 Return Shipping
If your item arrived faulty or we made an error with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, shipping is at your cost. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier collection from your address for a fee of £29, deducted from your refund.
