🛒 Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your chosen wheelchair to the cart, and follow the checkout process. If you’d rather order over the phone, give us a call on 01405 947340 and we’ll sort it for you.

Can I deliver to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, absolutely. Just enter your preferred delivery address at checkout. For more details see our Delivery Information.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Get in touch as soon as possible by email or phone and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched we’re unable to make changes.

📦 Delivery

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed the next working day and typically arrive within 14 working days, though it’s usually sooner. If your order is urgent, contact us before placing it and we may be able to arrange faster shipping. See our full Delivery Information for more.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden charges.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. If you’re in Northern Ireland or a remote area, get in touch before ordering and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

What is your returns policy?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to let us know if you’d like to return your wheelchair. Get in touch by email or phone to get started. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived faulty or we made an error, we’ll cover the cost. For change of mind returns, shipping is at your cost. Alternatively we can arrange a courier collection for £29, deducted from your refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.

How long does a refund take?
Once we’ve received and inspected the item, refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.

💷 VAT

Are your prices VAT exempt?
Yes! All of our products are eligible for VAT exemption. You’ll find the VAT exemption declaration at checkout. Simply complete it to have VAT removed from your order.

Do I need to prove I’m eligible?
We ask you to self-declare at checkout. We trust our customers to complete this honestly.

🔧 Warranty

What warranty do your wheelchairs come with?
All products come with a 12-month parts warranty against faulty manufacture or materials. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

What isn’t covered by the warranty?
General wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, and consumable parts like tyres and upholstery aren’t covered. If you’re unsure whether something is covered, just get in touch and we’ll advise.

How do I make a warranty claim?

How do I know which wheelchair is right for me?
A good starting point is whether you need a self-propelled or transit wheelchair. Self-propelled chairs are designed to be pushed by the user, while transit chairs are pushed by a carer. From there, weight and folding size are usually the key factors. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll help you find the right fit.

What’s the difference between lightweight and standard wheelchairs?
Lightweight wheelchairs are easier to lift into and out of cars and generally more comfortable for longer use. Standard wheelchairs tend to be more heavy-duty and better suited to full-time use or heavier users. Browse our full range to compare options.
