We deliver all of our wheelchairs directly to your door, anywhere in the United Kingdom.

📦 When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders are processed the next working day. From there, most deliveries arrive within 14 working days, though we almost always get things to you sooner than that.

A working day is any day that isn’t a weekend or bank holiday.

📍 Delivery Address
We can deliver to any UK address, including one that’s different from your billing address. Just make sure the address you enter at checkout is correct as we can’t be held responsible for deliveries that go astray due to an incorrect address.

🚚 How We Ship
As of April 2026, larger orders are typically fulfilled by FedEx. Smaller orders or parts are usually sent via Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, so the price you see is the price you pay. Our courier arrangements may change from time to time, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

⚡ Urgent Orders
If your order is time sensitive, it’s always worth giving us a call or dropping us an email before ordering. We may be able to arrange shipping via a different courier to get things to you faster.

We aren’t able to offer timed or specific date deliveries, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated on progress.
