W: Warranty and Returns

In recognition of the pace of modern life, our return period begins upon order placement and concludes 14 days after delivery. Should you wish to return the wheelchair within this timeframe, we’ve got you covered.

Return Initiation Process: To commence a return, please contact us at hello@worldofwheelchairs.com. While we value a chat on the phone, written confirmation is necessary for initiating the return process. If the return request is made beyond the 14-day window, a restocking fee of at least 20% may apply.

Express Shipping Note: If you opted for Express Shipping and your wheelchair arrived within the stipulated time, refunds for Express Shipping are not applicable. Our priority is to ensure prompt delivery and hassle-free returns.

O: Optimal Condition

Both you and your wheelchair deserve exceptional care. To qualify for a smooth return, ensure the wheelchair is in its original condition. While we understand there is a need to test it indoors, please be aware that any outside use (or anything to devalue the chair) cannot be refunded in full.

Assessment Guidelines: Indoor testing is permissible to maintain the wheelchair’s pristine condition.

Charges for Damaged Wheelchairs: Any signs of outdoor use may incur a restocking fee of 20%. For well-loved wheelchairs returned beyond the 14-day period, please reach out to explore available options.
